I graduated from the University of Tampa in 1996 and became a licensed real estate agent in 2002. My husband and I purchased our first home in Seminole Heights 17 years ago. Even before Starbucks arrived at Hillsborough and Central, we knew that the area was going to be something special. We used to walk to Hillsborough High School for the Friday night football games. Knowing we wanted to raise our children within the urban corridor and needing a bigger house we purchased a home in Tampa Heights in 2007. When the ideas of Riverwalk, Ulele and Armature Works were just being conceived. We love this city and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
